At Silver by Mail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your jewelry isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete the Return Form

  Locate the returns form included in your original delivery and fill out the details regarding which items you are returning and your reason for doing so.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the jewelry back into its original Silver by Mail presentation box and secure it inside a padded envelope to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to your nearest post office or designated drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
